A second public meeting will be held
regarding plans for this work, scheduled to begin this month.
The eastbound Queensway will be
reconstructed this summer, and is to include a redesign of streetcar
tracks and access (including removal of the barriers in the centre of
the road). Bicycle lanes and improved pedestrian facilities and access
are part of the plan.
