PROPERTY TAXES
We received several responses to our reader's note in our last newsletter about property taxes and the impact of CVA on "inner city" properties. We'll have more follow-up in the next issue.

SWANSEA FUNFEST - Recreation Centre fundraiser Feb. 23
Swansea Funfest 2003 Sunday Feb 23/03 11am to 3pm
Swansea Community Centre 15 Waller Avenue (off Windermere)

A Family Event full of great things to do - Roberto the Magician (2 Shows), Reptilia Program (4 shows) that allows kids hands on experience with reptiles, Mystic Drummers, Craft, Colouring, Tattoos and Food.

Tickets are $6 each or 5 for $25 for families. Price includes all activities, food is extra. Tickets available through the Swansea Recreation Main Office or phone 416 392-6796
